Created by Jimmie Applegate specifically for the recovery community, these intensive 3-day workshops integrate cutting-edge brain science with therapeutic practices, empowering participants to understand their neural pathways and actively reshape them to overcome self-destructive patterns and build lasting resilience.

Rather than conventional recovery approaches that may miss the underlying brain mechanics of addiction and relapse cycles, Rewire & Renew focuses on teaching participants the fundamentals of brain rewiring, response regulation, and thought pattern transformation.
